Wirral MBC is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a frontline children's social work team across assessment, CIN, CP, pre-proceedings and care proceedings.
You will oversee day-to-day team management, quality of practice and performance, ensuring children are seen and risks addressed within timescales.
You will supervise and support social workers, balance accountability with staff development, and work with senior managers and partners to maintain high standards and timely decisions.
