The Role
As a Family Help Social Worker, you will manage a varied and complex caseload, working directly with children, young people, and their families to provide effective support and intervention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex caseload as the Family Help Lead Practitioner.
- Completing high-quality assessments, identifying risk, and developing tailored Family Help Plans.
- Working in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency professionals to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.
