Herefordshire Council is seeking a Children’s Social Work Manager to join their Assessment & Support (south locality) service. You will lead four assessment teams, each with a Team Manager, Managing Practitioner and five Social Workers, ensuring workloads are allocated with the child’s best interests in mind.
You will develop and deliver a team plan, monitor performance targets, provide leadership, and drive an effective, efficient service through strong assessment and reporting skills.
