Our client Bradford Metropolitan District Council is looking for a Qualified social worker to join their Children with disabilities team. The Children's Complex Health and Disabilities Team is a specialist social work team working with children and young people with severe and profound disabilities and their families. The team is well established and experienced with their work covering the full range of statutory duties in the delivery of the service.

The team provides assessment, support and services to ensure that the children and young people they work with are safe and reach their full potential. They provide support to children and their families in need, support where there are safeguarding concerns and work with children in our care. You will be part of a team who has a statutory responsibility for children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs.
