An exciting opportunity has become available for a SEN Teacher to join a specialist secondary school on a full-time basis with a September start available. About the Role

The SEN Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering personalised lessons that meet the varying needs of Secondary learners within a structured and therapeutic environment.

  • Delivering functional English, Maths, and life skills sessions
  • Preparing students for independent living and future employment
  • Creating engaging and accessible learning opportunities
  • Working closely with teaching assistants and therapists
  • Monitoring student progress and wellbeing

This role would suit a teacher with previous SEN experience who is confident working within a specialist environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with autism and MLD is highly desirable
