Children's Team Manager - Families first team

Our client Trafford council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Families first team.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a service that works closely with children and families to offer them the right help at the right time, from the right professional and supporting a smooth transition to working within the guidelines of the Families First Reforms.

You will provide targeted support to children and families to build upon their and address any areas of need. You will work closely with multi agency partners to deliver family plans and improve outcomes for children and families. We would encourage any applicant who have specialist knowledge in mental health, domestic abuse, harmful substance misuse or complex family dynamics to apply.
