Role:Teaching Assistant (ADHD)

Start: September 2025

Location: Tottenham, North London

Contract: Full time (Monday – Friday)

Rate: £100- £108 per day

Remedy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (ADHD)who is willing to support key stage 3 pupils with Autism and ADHD with within a SEN Secondary School. This highly rewarding Teaching Assistant (ADHD)role would require you will be dealing with challenging behaviour and using various reinforcement strategies to provide support for these two boys. Your delegated pupil is on a EHCP and you will be following important guidelines and regulation procedures to best aid this child.

The ideal Teaching Assistant (ADHD):

  • Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
  • Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.

Teaching Assistant (ADHD) Requirements:

  • Previous child-based experience: A proven track record of working with children in an educational or supportive capacity.
  • Experience with SEND: A solid understanding of and experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
