Support Worker-Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEN including ASD, ADHD and autism. Support students with emotional regulation, communication and social interaction. Assist students both inside and outside of the classroom to encourage engagement and participation. Implement behaviour support strategies and de-escalation techniques where required. Support teachers and SEN staff with classroom activities and differentiated learning.
