Our client Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Early Adulthood team. This role will include completing assessments & support planning which are strengths based for young people aged 14-25 years old. You will be expected to complete robust legally compliant assessments under the Care Act 2014 and will also be expected to complete mental capacity assessments and reports under SEND legislation to contribute to Education Health and Care Plans and reviews.
