Responsibilities
- Day to day as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
- Supporting student/students in developing their social, emotional and cognitive skills
- Liaising with the class teacher, SENCO & wider community professionals (e.g. Educational Psychologist) to ensure students are on track
- Supporting the team in creating a progressive & welcoming learning environment
- Working with student/students in various year groups with learning disabilities (Autism, ADHD) as well as Mental Health needs
