Shropshire Council is looking for a Children's Senior Practitioner to join their looked after children service.
As a Social Worker within the Children Looked After Service, you will undertake assessments, progress care plans, and coordinate meetings to ensure the right support at the right time for children in care.
You will maintain records, work with families and partners, and may undertake court work relating to care orders as required.
