Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist students aged 8-16 with autism, ADHD and SEMH in a specialist SEN provision in Newham. The role focuses on one-to-one and small group support to improve educational, emotional and social outcomes.

You will help with emotional regulation, communication and social interaction inside and outside the classroom, using de-escalation and safeguarding best practices. A compassionate, patient approach is essential.
