Your Responsibilities- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions
- Promoting independence, confidence, and engagement
- Supporting personal care where required
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
- Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, support work, or childcare are welcomed
- Patient, adaptable, and positive approach
- Confidence working in different school environments
- Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
