We're looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with SEN at a secondary school in Greenwich. Your role will focus on empowering students to achieve their best by providing personalised support in both one-on-one and small group settings.

Role Overview:
  • Support students with a variety of special educational needs, including learning challenges, to aid in both their academic and personal development.
  • Offer tailored one-on-one assistance as well as small group interventions for KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students in the classroom.
  • Adjust learning resources and instructional techniques to suit individual student requirements, fostering confidence and independence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK secondary school environment.
  • Experience working with students with SEN and learning difficulties.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to apply for one).
  • Confidence in a classroom setting across KS3 and KS4 levels.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and an encouraging outlook.
