School Receptionist/Administrator - Greenwich, South East London

Monday - Friday 7.45am - 4.15pm

To start ASAP - £16 - £18 per hour

Enhances DBS essential! Your application unfortunately won’t be considered unless this is already in place.

Based on a busy school front desk, your duties will include:

  • Welcoming visitors to the school.
  • Answering telephone and directing calls.
  • Monitoring mailbox and redirecting emails.
  • Sorting post and franking mail.
  • Using radio to contact staff.
  • Checking IDs and DBS.
  • Keeping the reception to a clean and tidy standard.
  • Logging instances when students take medication.

Starting ASAP - will require a half day trial and the role is ongoing at the moment. Hours are 7:45am-4:15pm with one hour unpaid for lunch.

School experience very desirable and enhanced DBS essential. To be successful you will have previous admin/reception experience, be able to multitask and have the ability to work well under pressure. This is a very busy school office/reception.
