Our client Salford City Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Team.
- Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families
- Develop, implement, and review care and support plans
- Safeguard children and ensure their welfare is protected
- Support families with short breaks, direct payments, and specialist services
- Manage a caseload, including children in need, child protection, and looked-after children
Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
