Our client Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families
  • Develop and review care and support plans
  • Work with schools, health professionals, and other agencies
  • Safeguard children from harm and promote their welfare
  • Provide advice, guidance, and emotional support to families
  • Manage a caseload and keep accurate records
  • Attend meetings, reviews, and court proceedings when required
