Our client Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of children with disabilities and their families
- Develop and review care and support plans
- Work with schools, health professionals, and other agencies
- Safeguard children from harm and promote their welfare
- Provide advice, guidance, and emotional support to families
- Manage a caseload and keep accurate records
- Attend meetings, reviews, and court proceedings when required
