About the Role
You will deliver personalised 1:1 tuition to children and young people who require specialist educational support. Working closely with learners and families, you will create engaging, tailored sessions that build confidence, develop skills, and help students overcome barriers to learning. Most learners receive 10-15 hours of tuition per week, with opportunities to increase your workload based on your availability.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for young people
Desirable
- QTS, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification

- Experience working with EHCPs
- Experience in specialist schools, outreach, or alternative provision
