Are you interested in a role in schools for children with challenging behaviours, mental health needs, and SEMH requirements? Would you be able to support children in small groups to engage with their education, regulate their emotions, and manage their behaviours appropriately? Are you resilient and driven to motivate pupils who can be disengaged from education? We need Teaching Assistants to work in Pupil Referral Units for children with challenging behaviour across Greenwich.

  • Experience working with people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
  • Patience and resilience
  • Skills working with children or adults with disabilities
  • Confident supporting challenging behaviour
