We're looking for a Level 3 Childcare Qualification Required to join a welcoming nursery school in Stratford. This is a full-time role supporting children across the Early Years and helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment.
The Role
As a Nursery School Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children across the Early Years within a nursery school setting
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
- Provide individual and small-group support where required
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Help monitor and record children's progress and next steps
- Support children with personal care where required
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
- Work closely with teachers and Early Years practitioners
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Follow safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification - essential
- Previous experience working within a nursery, Early Years or EYFS setting
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Caring, patient and proactive approach
- Confident supporting children aged 0-5
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
