Here at Remedy Education, we are looking for qualified childcare practitioners with a minimum of 1 year of recent working experience in a day care setting to join this amazing nursery we are currently working alongside. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards of care, safety, and welfare for all children
  • Act as a key person for allocated children, planning, observing, and assessing their development
  • Build strong partnerships with parents to support children's learning and progress
  • Create an enabling environment with engaging activities tailored to individual needs
  • Manage children's behaviour positively and promote independence
  • Support mealtimes, personal care, and hygiene routines
  • Conduct risk assessments and uphold safeguarding protocols
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, parents' evenings, and nursery events
