Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH, and other additional needs
  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Assisting with classroom activities and learning interventions
  • Promoting independence, confidence, and engagement
  • Supporting personal care where required
What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
  • Backgrounds in education, care, youth work, support work, or childcare are welcomed
  • Patient, adaptable, and positive approach
  • Confidence working in different school environments
  • Genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
