Our client Leicestershire county council is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Permanence team.
Job Purpose To work collaboratively with children, young people and their families in accordance with the aims and objectives of the department.
Use judgement, knowledge and the skilled use of authority to intervene with families to promote safety, stability and success.
To build productive working relationships with children, young people and families so we can hear and understand what they want to happen to make their lives better.
