Shropshire Council is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the Kinship Fostering team.
You will support children to remain with their family networks and contribute to permanency through timely assessments and relationship-based practice.
You will complete Form K assessments, undertake viability assessments, and carry out SGO assessments with corresponding support plans and court reports, while providing supervision to kinship foster carers and coordinating with partners.
