The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

To be successful for this role you must have:

  • Extensive experience and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering large-scale non-residential development projects end-to-end.
  • Experience commissioning and contracting new partnerships to meet strategic and operational requirements, and collaborating with residents and the wider community to achieve better outcomes.
  • Knowledge of driving increased sustainability through delivered schemes.
  • Understanding of local authorities and the services within.
  • Experience and prior knowledge of leading and or working on a town hall / listed building refurbishment / regeneration programme / project of works. Refurbishment of a listed building is desirable.
  • Experience of general development or construction management experience.
