Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a specialist SEN provision in Hounslow. You will support students aged 8-16 with ASD, ADHD and SEMH, delivering targeted interventions and behaviour management in a structured setting.
You will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCP targets, lead small groups, and promote emotional and social development while maintaining safeguarding and inclusive practices.
