The role
The role involves general classroom support as well as 1-1 support while working closely with colleagues in providing support outside of the classroom. Due to the needs of the students (SEMH, ASD, Complex Needs, SLD, MLD) it is essential that you have worked with special needs in some capacity.
Working in these schools is incredibly rewarding. You have a chance to make a real difference in these children\βs lives but it\βs not always easy! You must be resilient, patient, adaptable, enthusiastic and confident in managing challenging behaviour.
