Health and Wellbeing Tutor – Sutton Remedy Tutors are looking for a Sessional Tutor to cover a vacancy in a college based in Sutton. This will be in Health and Wellbeing, covering a vacant role in the establishment – 18 hours per week. The Tutor role would involve the following: plan and deliver engaging sessions; apply skills to raise pupils’ confidence; manage children with challenging behaviour; track the learning progress of the student to achieve their desired learning outcomes and being able to provide monthly reports; potentially engage in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student, learn about visuals to communicate in some cases. The qualifications/experience required is as follows: NVQ Level 4/degree or equivalent DTTLS and/or PTTLS The pay rate for this role is to be discussed, but will be between £17.00 – £19.74 PAYE OR £22.00 – £24.56 Umbrella/Ltd Work on weekends and bank holidays will be paid at a higher rate.
