Our client, Brent Council, is looking for a Head of Service for their Quality Improvement team. Understanding CQC processes and requirements is essential.
Office-based 2 or 3 times a week - full-time in the event of a CQC inspection.
Must be immediately available.
Practice Development Needs, Principal Social Work and Transformation Team and Performance Team.
Will be supervising a small team of up to 5 direct reports.
Performance, data, training, development and practice.
Evidence of experience improving a CQC rating in a local authority context would be ideal.
