Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking a compassionate SEN Outreach Tutor to provide 1:1 home-based educational support for a student with severe autism in Southend-On-Sea. The role offers 10–15 hours per week, with the option to take on a second student to reach full-time hours.
The tutor will collaborate with the family and other professionals to deliver highly differentiated learning using structured play, sensory-based approaches, and trauma-informed behaviour management.
