Remedy Education is currently looking for reliable full time and part time cover supervisors to support a Secondary School in Lewisham.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring students complete the work set.
- Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies.
- Support students in understanding and completing the tasks set by their teachers.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding student behaviour or progress to the appropriate staff member.
- Support the wider school community by participating in events and activities.
Requirements
- A degree is highly preferable.
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom environments.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
