Children's Social Worker - Front-line work
Our client Lincolnshire County Council is looking for a Children's Social Worker to join their Front-line services - Supportive and stable team.

We are a front line team who work with children and families from the point of referral, through CIN, CP and Care Proceedings.
We have well established and strong working relationships with partner agencies including Family Help, Family Group Decision Making and health.
Our base is Louth which is a rural area in the Lincolnshire Wolds. There is plenty of on-site free parking.
The candidate will be expected to complete Child and Family Assessments, working with partner agencies and making enquires/ working with families to ensure children are being cared for safely.
The candidate will have experience of managing children within CIN and CP framework as well as experience in managing private and public law proceedings.
The team operate on a three weekly duty system with one week being on duty and allocated new cases and two being off duty.
On duty weeks there is an expectation workers are office based.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure via the DBS.
