Remedy are looking for Graduates that have finished University and are looking for work experience in ary schools. Our Graduate Teaching Assistants come from a variety of degrees, including: Childhood Studies; Education Studies; Children, Young People and Families; Psychology; Criminology; English; Maths; Science Sport. This is because Graduate Teaching Assistants can have a range of personalities and strengths that can be very useful in this area. In this role you will work both with classes and individuals, supporting teaching in secondary classrooms. Helping to aid student understanding, you will be a valuable link between the teacher and students that may be struggling, making a real difference in the school experience of everyone involved. Further to all this, you get to choose where and when you accept assignments.
What we expect of Graduate Teaching Assistants:
- Someone who can form meaningful relationships with students
- Someone who is confident in behaviour management and de-escalation
- Someone who is happy to engage in a variety of jobs within their role
