Remedy Recruitment Group is working with a secondary school in Redbridge to recruit a Behaviour Teaching Assistant. The role is full-time, term-time only and long-term, paying £100-£115 per day.
You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, help students stay calm, reset and reconnect with learning, and collaborate with the pastoral team, SENCO and teachers to keep everyone aligned. This is a role for someone who can be a steady, trusted presence in students' lives.
