Our client Bury council is looking for a Children's Advanced Practitioner to join their Family Safeguarding team.
- Lead on complex safeguarding cases involving children at risk of harm.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and supervision to social workers.
- Work under key legislation such as the Children Act 1989 and Children Act 2004.
- Chair or contribute to child protection conferences and strategy meetings.
- Liaise with multi-agency partners (police, schools, health services).
- Ensure high-quality practice and compliance with safeguarding procedures.
