Our client Blackpool council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team. 2 x 37 Learning Disability Social Workers required (x1 for a 12 week period and x1 for a 5 week period).

Opportunity for qualified, experienced social workers to work in the learning disability team. We operate a flexible working policy which allows up to two days working from home and three days office based. This role may be required to cover duty which is an office based task.

Experience of working as a safeguarding lead and coordinating and carrying out safeguarding enquiries is essential. Experience is also required of carrying out assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014.

We have a variety of parking options available for staff and good links to public transport.
