We are seeking a devoting SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our most flourishing schools in south east London. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, we require you to support children diagnosed with ASD and ADHD within a Secondary School setting. The school has a strong supporting team who strives to be the best in every aspect of education, facilitating a network of dedicated staff who want to make a difference to young pupils' future.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Start: ASAP

Contract: Full time

Location: Lewisham, South East London

Ideal Candidate:

  • Assisting in the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies.
  • Extensive SEN experience (Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, SEMH).
  • Supervising and supporting a classroom in a group setting.
  • Supporting with behaviour management.

Requirements:

  • UK School experience
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Enhanced DBS (Remedy can provide if necessary)
