Position: SEN Specialist Tutor
Location: Bexley
Hours: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week

Support Students to Make Meaningful Progress
Remedy Tutors is recruiting tutors who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs.
Students may have autism, ADHD, sensory needs, dyslexia, SEMH or speech, language and communication difficulties. You will need to provide flexible tuition that recognises individual strengths, addresses learning gaps and supports engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised Maths and English tuition.
Differentiate lessons to suit the student's abilities.
Use structured activities and clear explanations.
Encourage positive engagement and confidence.
Support academic development and independent learning.
Monitor progress and adapt teaching methods.
About You
Confident teaching both Maths and English.
Experience with SEN/SEND is desirable.
Understanding of differentiated teaching.
Patient, reliable and encouraging approach.
