We are looking for multiple ASD – Secondary Teaching Assistant to join one our biggest Secondary SEN schools in South East London. As an ASD – Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will be delivering the best support to students aged 11-16. This ASD-Secondary Teaching Assistant would require you to have strong ASD experience as most of the students have mild SEN and are working at a high level. The key aspect of this role is cohering to the behaviour de-escalation methods and promoting positive reinforcement strategies.
