The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
To be successful for this role you must have:
- Extensive experience and a proven track record of success in managing and delivering large-scale non-residential development projects end-to-end.
- Experience commissioning and contracting new partnerships to meet strategic and operational requirements, and collaborating with residents and the wider community to achieve better outcomes.
- Knowledge of driving increased sustainability through delivered schemes.
- Understanding of local authorities and the services within.
- Experience and prior knowledge of leading and/or working on a town hall/listed building refurbishment/regeneration programme/project of works.
- Refurbishment of a listed building desirable.
- Experience of general development or construction management experience.
