This role oversees the design, implementation, and management of complex technical solutions using existing infrastructure and software. The aim is to critically analyse and evaluate current ways of working, supporting the development and implementation of effective sufficiency systems. The role supports colleagues in social work, finance, and transformation to use sufficiency data robustly in business case development - from problem statement to proposed solutions.

The role oversees the design and implementation of governance and reporting processes ensuring they meet the requirements of social work, commissioning and brokerage teams. The aim is to improve the communication and relationships between the social work, commissioning and the market to secure the best outcomes for children and young people.
