Our client Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council is looking for a Team manager to manage eight Family Help Teams.

The Family Help Service comprises eight Family Help Teams, a Specialist Court Team, a Specialist Edge of Care Service and a dedicated Exploitation Hub. Family Help Teams undertake Family Help Assessments (previously Early Help and Child in Need assessments), Section 47 safeguarding enquiries, Family Help Plans and Child Protection Plans. All public law work, together with some private law work, is managed within the Specialist Court Team.
