Remedy Education is working with a specialist SEMH school in East London that is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring the premises are safe, secure, well maintained and compliant.
The Role
- Overseeing the general maintenance and security of the school site
- Managing contractors, repairs and site-related issues
- Carrying out regular health & safety checks
- Supporting with fire safety, risk assessments and compliance
- Opening/closing the premises where required
- Managing stock, equipment and site records
- Using school systems, email and Microsoft Office confidently
Requirements
- Previous Site Manager, Caretaker or Facilities experience
- Must be IT literate and confident xgikmsk using computers and electronic systems
- Strong knowledge of health & safety
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- School experience is highly desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
