The role Reporting to the Head of Commercial Contracts and Support within the Commercial Partnerships you?ll be responsible for our housing and property management portfolio. Be the strategic lead for our growing property/housing management service for investors and other property owners Lead on new business opportunities including co-ordinating due diligence with service leads, consulting stakeholders, completing feasibility assessments and producing recommendations to Portfolio Steering Group, Executive Team and Risk Appraisal Group. Overall responsibility for coordinating and mobilising new contract for property/housing management services. To include organising and interpreting contractual service specification, into new operating processes, establishing performance management framework including KPI in accordance with contract and/or internal standards.
