Our client Oldham Council, is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Assessment and Intervention / Family Help team.

Assessment and Intervention / Family Help Advanced practitioner required to work in the central district team. Will be required to support and cover for the team manager when required, carry a small and complex caseload and support ASYE's, trainees and early career social workers.

The team are currently part of a pilot where implementation of the Family Help model is being implemented, so the candidate will need to have a sound understanding of the social work reforms.

The requirement is for the candidate to be office based when on duty, flexibility and home working is possible when not on duty. Duty is currently every other week, but will progress to one week in three as implementation of FFP is progressed. Expected caseload is max 15 children.
