An OFSTED-rated 'Good' 3-form entry primary school in Newham, East London is seeking a passionate and reliable HLTA / Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2025.

Role Details:

  • Position: HLTA / Cover Supervisor

  • Location: Newham, London

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent

  • Pay: £120 - £160 per day (depending on experience)

  • School: 3-form entry | OFSTED 'Good' | Great transport links & staff car park

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Covering classes across EYFS to KS2 with pre-planned lessons

  • Leading interventions and booster groups to raise attainment

  • Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil progress

  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience covering whole classes from Nursery to Year 6

  • Ability to deliver pre-planned lessons confidently
