PMLD Teaching Assistant - Greenwich

Remedy are working with a supportive school in Greenwich who are looking for a caring and dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is patient, compassionate and keen to make a real difference to students' lives.

Your Role

As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).
  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
  • Assist students with their learning, communication and development.
  • Support students with personal care and daily activities where required.
  • Encourage independence, confidence and engagement.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff.
  • Help create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about helping young people reach their potential.
  • Previous experience with PMLD or SEN is desirable but not essential.

  • Position: PMLD Teaching Assistant
  • Location: Greenwich
  • School: Specialist/SEND School
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Pay: Β£100-Β£116 per day
  • Contract: Full-time
