A welcoming Primary school is seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join its dedicated team on a full-time basis. The Role - Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Provide high-quality care and education for children within the nursery.
- Plan and support engaging activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and educational development.
- Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
- Support children's individual needs and developmental stages.
- Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team.
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the nursery.
The Ideal Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
- Has a warm, caring and nurturing approach.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
