Full-time Monday-Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm at a Secondary SEN school in Lewisham. ASAP start.
Remedy are working with a large Secondary SEN school looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with high needs, ASD, challenging behaviour, and PMLD.
The role:
- General classroom support as well as 1-1 support.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide support outside of the classroom.
- Experience with special needs (SEMH, ASD, Complex Needs, SLD, MLD) is essential.
Working in these schools is incredibly rewarding. You have a chance to make a real difference in these children's lives, but it's not always easy! You must be resilient, patient, adaptable, enthusiastic, and confident in managing challenging behaviour.
