Our client Leicestershire county council is looking for a Children's Team Manager to join their Locality team.
We are piloting the Family First Partnership Plus work, so from the continuum of Early Help to PLO/court and require a manager to join the Hinckley locality team, managing a cross-section of staff (Duty and assessment, CIN and CP). You will be required to be a duty manager one week a month, so covering duty and assessment functions
Duty and Assessment, plus Safeguarding experience (PLO/Court experience essential). Ability to make quick decisions, and think on your feet, high support, high challenge, good oversight of data/compliance
- You will manage approx. 6 Social Workers and additional support staff
- minimum 3 days in the office and you are required to work in the office during the duty week
